Role Description
This is a temporary, part-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Venture X Naples, located in Naples, FL. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth office functionality, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management:
· Cover the front desk during the building’s set business hours and be an on-site point of contact.
· Answer the front desk phone and relay messages to the Venture X Team as needed.
· Greet members and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
· Ensure all visiting guests are in accordance with Venture X guest policy by ensuring all guests properly check-in at arrival.
· Direct members and guests to conference rooms for their scheduled bookings.
· Assist members with scheduling conference rooms as needed.
· Learn the names of members and guests with the goal of building relationships in order to facilitate the sense of community Venture X is known for.
· Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their experience.
· Notify members of any food deliveries and couriers.
· Answer any questions from members and guests related to the building including wayfinding, policies and procedures, community etiquette, etc.
