Role Description The Bi-Lingual Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at Venture X San Antonio Northwest in San Antonio, TX. This role is responsible for greeting and assisting members and visitors in both English and Spanish, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression. Day-to-day tasks include managing the front desk, answering and directing phone calls and emails, handling check-ins for guests and meeting room bookings, and supporting members with general inquiries. The receptionist will also coordinate mail and package handling, maintain a tidy and organized reception and common areas, and assist with setup for meetings and events. This role collaborates closely with the community management team to uphold high standards of hospitality and member service.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with clear verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
