What are the responsibilities and job description for the Independent Property Inspector position at Venture Underwriting LLC?
Our group is seeking Insurance Inspectors who can regularly service the Erie County NY by devoting anywhere from 3 to 5 days per week photographing residential and commercial properties.
Regular routine travel is within Erie County.
Inspectors use their photos and observations to complete reports at their home office to submit back to Venture Underwriting. In addition to the photographs and forms to report their findings, Inspectors will create a diagram of the property including attached and detached structures.
This role is for someone who is interested in supplementing their income. Many of our Inspectors work for multiple companies, including General Information Services, Mueller and other W2 model inspections companies. We're happy to help you balance both or as many inspection companies you choose to service.

Our Field Representatives provide their own:
