Analyst 2 - Private Funds Group

Our client is a global Bank, who are looking for an Analyst to join their Private Funds Group in NYC, on the Project Management side.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fundraising project management across private equity, private credit, real assets, and related strategies.
• Prepare investor marketing materials including private placement memoranda, due diligence questionnaires, and investor presentations.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, track records, and fund performance analyses.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with fund managers and investors.
• Conduct market research on private markets, comparable funds, and investor activity.
• Assist in managing internal project workflows to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Candidate Profile:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in M&A, ECM, Leveraged Finance or Financial Sponsors, or from a Placement Agent.
• Exposure to PE is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
