What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an in-person highly experienced operations manager for our short term rental portfolio who is willing to work boots on the ground as needed.
Ideal experience:
- strong experience managing operational staff for properties - ideally “boots on the ground” experience with short term rental properties
- customer service experience
- hospitality/sales experience
Ideal qualities:
- extremely detailed oriented
- responsible/accountable
- desires and thrives in autonomy/ownership
- coachable
Compensation: $75k-$90k/year with potential of profit share long term
