As a Certified Autism Center, we are proud to expand our clinical offerings with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy—deepening our commitment to serving children with autism and developmental needs in our community.
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team as we launch and expand our ABA services. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a well-established pediatric therapy provider entering a new and important phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs and behavior technicians
- Collaborate with families, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members
- Monitor client progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain documentation in compliance with insurance and state guidelines
- Participate in program development and contribute to building a best-in-class ABA department
- Provide in-person and virtual services to children in their natural environment (childcare centers, schools, and homes)
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Passion for working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment
