Position Summary:
Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment communities and areas related to the day-to-day maintenance operations of the communities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, caulking, etc.
- Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, equipment, fixtures, and other items on the Company’s properties.
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
- Assist in clean-up of common areas
- Inspect property to identify potential and current needs
- Performs all other duties or work as needed or required.

- Frequently required to sit, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, balance, climb stairs and ladders.
- Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision and depth perception.
Required & Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
- 2-3 years of maintenance technician experience (Preferred)
- 2-3 years of related general repair experience (Preferred)
- Basic working knowledge of plumbing, painting, HVAC, electrical, and/or other general repair skills or the ability to quickly learn these skills with property training (Required)
