Compensation & Benefits
Earnings Potential:
- Commission-based pay structure — earn $65,000 annually by meeting minimum performance goals

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on pool leak detection experience
- Clean driving record — required (take-home vehicle provided)
- Must be a confident swimmer — in-water work is a core part of this role
- Must be comfortable operating in a dry suit — required for cold-weather conditions
- Must be willing and able to work year-round, including during cold months — we operate 12 months a year
- Ability to produce clear, professional leak detection results reports for each job
- Ability to create accurate estimates for repair work based on findings
- Ability to generate invoices for completed services
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in the field
- Professional and dependable — you represent our brand at every job site
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pool leak repairs — not required, but a strong plus
- Familiarity with a variety of pool types, including gunite, vinyl, and fiberglass
What to Expect
This is an active, field-based role. You will travel to residential and commercial job sites, perform underwater diagnostics and pressure testing, and deliver professional results to our customers. You will not be behind a desk — expect to be on the road and in the water every day. We operate 365 days a year, rain or shine, so comfort in varying weather conditions is essential.
