What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping/Maintenance position at Venture Out at Cudjoe Cay, Inc.?
Applicant must possess some level of experience in housekeeping (Bathhouse cleaning), general maintenance and landscape and/or a strong willingness to learn. Person will assist in the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of the facility and perform various Housekeeping and grounds keeping duties. Applicant should be reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as well in a team environment. Hours are 6:30 a.m. - 3:00 pm Monday - Friday, with possible weekends. Must speak fluid English, valid Florida driver's license a must. Competitive wages based on experience w/medical and retirement benefits, paid holidays and PTO.
