Develop professionally through expanding our capabilities with innovative trainingCreating Outstanding Patient Experience:Interpreting the results of eye examinations, using prescriptions written by Optometrists and/or OphthalmologistsAdvising patients on frame weights, materials, styles and colorsRecommending lenses, coatings and frames to suit customers’ needsMeasuring customers to determine suitable types and styles of framesAdjusting frames so they fit properlyPreparing orders for glasses and contact lenses by checking prescriptions, lens thickness and other specificationsMaking sure that orders for glasses and contact lenses have been processed accuratelyCommitted to providing quality health and eye care for all patients in a timely and efficient manner.Handles customer concerns with highest level of integrity and professionalismAlways represents themselves to the highest level of professionalism in both speech and presentationAbility to listen closely to patients wants, needs and concerns.
