- A schedule that gets you home weekly
- Late-model equipment

- A flatbed experience requirement
- A valid CDL-A license
- No more than 3 jobs in the past year
- No more than 9 jobs in the past 3 years
- No unemployment gaps longer than 12 straight months
- No misdemeanors in the last 5 years
- No felonies in the last 10 years
