Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing customers accurately and on time
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and data entry
- Order aviation parts, compare pricing across vendors, and coordinate deliveries
- Maintain and track inventory levels; update records regularly
- Post and sell parts/items on eBay and track sales and returns
- Lift boxes and handle returns to/from the mailbox or shipping carriers
- Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Prepare job cards with the assistance of Director of maintenance
Requirements:
- Must be available on-site 3 days per week in Lititz, PA
- Experience with Accounts Receivable
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift packages and handle inventory
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience with QuickBooks or aviation parts ordering
- Prior bookkeeping experience
- Experience with Aviation maintenance tracking program
