About the Role
We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a team-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional presence, and the ability to anticipate and exceed client needs.
Responsibilities
- Utilize FL3XX quoting and scheduling software to manage charter sales and client service (experience with CRM tools and Flight Management Systems is a plus).
- Respond promptly to client and vendor call and emails.
- Coordinate jet charter trips, including catering, ground transportation, and other ancillary services.
- Partner with Operations to schedule aircraft and relay flight details to clients.
- Maintain client profiles in FL3XX and communicate preferences to brokers.
- Ensure aircraft are properly provisioned and presented to company standards before departure.
- Provide on-call support during evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Promote Venture Jets’ core values of safety, service excellence, and professionalism.
- Assist with office tasks, supply ordering, and contribute to team sales goals.
- Partner with brokers and other operators to create synergies that lead to recurring business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in private jet charter, luxury concierge, travel, or high-net-worth client services.
- Strong computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, motivation and composure under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for outstanding candidates.
- Aviation experience is strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and industry events.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
