Residential Solar Installer

Residential Solar Installer
- Assembly: Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
- Mechanical: Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
- Support: Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
- Requirement: Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.
- Safety First: A deep respect for safety procedures and the use of PPE.
- Physical Grit: Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions (attics/roofs).
- Technical Skill: Proficiency with power tools and a "get it done right" attitude.
- Reliability: A valid, clean driver’s license and a commitment to 40 hour weeks
