We run a sales and digital marketing agency called Venture Digital that helps chiropractors GROW their practice on auto-pilot through Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube ads.


Because we’re growing this new sales side of our business for new patient leads, we need more help serving these leads and turning those into booked new patient appointments for our doctors.

That’s where you come in…


Position Summary

The purpose of this role is to convert warm leads (people who have opted in for a new patient special) into new patients for Venture Digital clients in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

This will be done via consultative phone sales outreach with prospects that have expressed high interest in our clients services. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for qualifying, educating & scheduling the prospect on the service that’s the best fit for their needs.


NOTE: This position begins at 20 hours/week and will rapidly expand to full time


What you’ll be doing…

Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new patient appointments for Venture Digital doctors on incoming calls and form inquires that are being generated by Facebook and Instagram.


You’ll be responsible for answering incoming calls and immediately following up with leads to get them scheduled for your 8 – 12 assigned doctors.


As part of this opportunity, you’ll also be a part of a VERY fast paced and high growth company. You’re getting in at the ground floor of a growing sales team, and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team.

  • Have less than 1 years of phone sales experience
  • Have been in sales for a long time and are looking for a job where you can “coast to the finish line”

Outcomes/Responsibilities

30 Day Targets:

  • Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
  • Master proven scripts, objection handling, and follow up strategy
  • Converting a minimum of 2 appointments per week for each client assigned
  • Ready and able to handle workflow to service 4 assigned doctors offices
  • 60 calls per day

60 Day Targets:

  • Steadily handling workload of 8 -12 assigned doctors offices
  • 3 – 4 appointments per week per client
  • 90% show rate for each assigned client
  • 120 calls per day

90 Day Targets:

  • 90% show rate
  • 160 - 200 calls per day
  • Great feedback from doctors

KPI's

  • # of sales appointments complete per day, week, month
  • Show Rate
  • # of daily calls
  • Client retention / feedback


Qualifications:

At Venture Digital, we value work ethic, coach-ability, competitiveness, and your past sales results, we could care less about your degrees or GPAs.

Required:

  • At least 1 year of VERY high performance as a sales rep
  • CRM & sales process experience


Preferred:

  • At least 2 years of phone sales experience
  • Experience with low ticket, high volume sales (ie. $5k max sales price, 1-2 call close) rather than longer cycle B2B/enterprise sales


The Pay

This job will start at approximately 20-40 hours per week depending experience.

FULL TIME EXPECTED COMPENSATION: $50k to $70k per year.

Base: Starting Hourly ($18 - $20/hour)(Based on experience)

Commission Bonus: For every prepaid appointment set (additional $1k - $2k PER MONTH)

Monthly Sales Competitions: To be added as we grow as a company

Work remotely: save $5k/year in commuting costs
