Travel CVOR Tech is needed for 13 weeks to start ASAP in a facility in Arkansas. 10 Hour Shifts, Rotate Days Off if necessary. Must be able to scrub for Open Heart Procedures! In this position, you must possess the knowledge and technical skills necessary to assist in operations, under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. You may assist in setting up the operating room, prepare and transport patients for surgery, adjust lights and equipment, pass instruments and other supplies to surgeons and surgeon's assistants, hold retractors, cut sutures, and help count sponges, needles, supplies and instruments. You will be responsible and accountable for direct patient care for assigned patients in the perioperative unit. You must be proficient in a wide variety of high level surgical technologist skills.
