What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server/Bartender position at Ventura Country Club HOA?
Ventura Country Club is looking for Part-time experienced servers/bartenders! We're open 7 days a week - breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Position requires nights and weekends.
Must have OPEN availability!
Must have a FLEXIBLE schedule!
Availability to work Banquets!

Essential Functions
- Arrive to work as scheduled and in uniform. Practices positive personal hygiene and cleanliness habits during all work shifts.
- Greets guests immediately, makes suggestions, and answers questions regarding food, beverages, and service.
- Ensures that all food and beverages delivered and served are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the quality/presentation standards of Ventura Country Club. Personally serves all entrée items to the guests.
- Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
*Must agree to a background check and drug test.
*Reliable transportation is a must.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $9.00 per hour
