Receptionist/Mail Clerk - HOAMCO (Prescott, AZ)
HOAMCO is seeking a Full-time team member for our front desk in a fast-paced office located in Prescott, AZ office. We are looking for a very dependable, friendly, professional candidate. This is an on-site Monday through Friday position. This role is a first impression position - we are looking for a professional candidate.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Highly proficient skill in organization and functioning well in a team environment
- Ability to navigate in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of administrative support experience
- Friendly and professional demeanor
Job Responsibilities:
- Positive customer service is a key component of this position and a primary role
- Professional organization while able to be helpful to our team as well as our residents
- Administration tasks as provided, working both independently and with colleagues
- Providing a professional environment
- Mail room procedures (training will be provided)
