Dual Therapist - Massage Therapist / Esthetician (PT) - Trilogy at Monarch Dunes (Nipomo, CA)
Trilogy at Monarch Dunes is seeking a qualified licensed Part-Time Massage Therapist to join our team at the Sandalwood Spa. Must have a professional friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
Available shifts are: afternoons, evenings and weekends (required)
The position is paying $16.90/Hourly plus commission
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have valid CMTC board certified Massage Therapists.
- Proficiency in skin care services.
- High level of customer service.
- A passion for helping others.
- Sales oriented and able to confidently communicate information regarding product and services to guests.
- Hospitality experience is preferred.
- Valid esthetician license
- Proven experience as an esthetician
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performing professional massage treatments, including relaxing, therapeutic, deep pressure, prenatal, massages. (50 & 80-minute options) Additional services include hand/foot scrubs, scalp treatments, and body treatments.
- Attend meetings and trainings as required to learn the most current information in the field and learn about new techniques.
- Provide professional skin care treatments and services
- Analyze clients' skin and recommend suitable treatments and products
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area
- Build and maintain a loyal client base
- Stay updated on the latest skincare techniques and trends
- Ensure clients have a comfortable and satisfying experience
- Creating a unique and comfortable experience for all guests to connect and trust you in the treatment room.
- Helping maintain the cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.
