Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across all three properties, ensuring smooth leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Manage all advertising, marketing, and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy and strong community visibility.
- Conduct market surveys and stay informed on local rental trends to maintain competitive pricing and positioning.
- Handle leasing processes: follow up with leads, schedule and conduct tours, process applications, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws.
- Maintain accurate and complete resident files, lease documents, and accounting records.
- Process invoices, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports accurately and on time.
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, conduct property inspections, and ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turnovers.
- Ensure bank deposits, reports, and payroll are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Foster positive resident relationships through clear communication and responsive service.
- Represent ownership and the management company with professionalism and integrity at all times.
- Provide property coverage during staff absences (vacation, sick, or personal time).
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish/English is a must
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property or community management (multi-site experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Fair Housing and Washington State landlord-tenant laws.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Entrata, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail across sites.
