Duties
- Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities, including preparing materials and supporting individual or small groups of students
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development through positive engagement and supervision
- Implement educational programs and activities aligned with curriculum standards, utilizing educational administrative software and productivity tools
- Supervise children during classroom activities, recess, lunch, and other school-related events to ensure safety and well-being
- Collaborate with school staff on program development, student assessments, and administrative tasks using school administrative software
- Provide administrative support by maintaining records, preparing reports, and assisting with communication between staff, students, and parents
- Participate in team management efforts by supervising staff or volunteers involved in early childhood education centers or school programs
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with students in educational settings such as early childhood education centers or schools
- Strong knowledge of teaching methods, childcare practices, and working with children of diverse backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high productivity levels
