Job Title: Marble Polisher
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Marble Polisher to join our stone fabrication team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for polishing, finishing, repairing, and restoring natural and engineered stone surfaces to meet the highest quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Polish marble, granite, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, and other natural stone surfaces to achieve the required finish.
- Remove scratches, chips, saw marks, and other imperfections from fabricated stone.
- Operate polishing equipment, grinders, edge polishers, and other fabrication tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform hand polishing and detail work on edges, miters, sink cutouts, and specialty finishes.
- Inspect finished pieces to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Assist with repairs, touch-ups, and refinishing of completed countertops when needed.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience polishing marble, granite, quartz, or other stone products preferred.
- Knowledge of polishing techniques, abrasives, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read shop drawings is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.

Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull heavy stone materials.
Preferred Experience
- 2 years of stone polishing or countertop fabrication experience.
- Experience with high-end residential and commercial stone projects.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
