Marketing/Leasing Ambassador

Do you have sales experience and a passion for working with people? Ventron Management is currently looking for Marketing/Leasing Ambassador.

Job Summary: The WFR Marketing Leasing/Ambassador supports the community by marketing both online and in the community to increase the incoming traffic to the property along with supporting the office staff with any leasing needs they may have.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Create Craigslist accounts for the purposes of exposure of current rental opportunities for the given property on which they reside.

2. Post 20 Craigslist ads per day.

3. Send post confirmations to Marketing Coordinator and Property Manager for nightly tally

4. Assist in managing Lead2Lease at 85% or better

5. Assist the Leasing team with completing Market Surveys and updating LRO pricing

6. Secure at least 3 leases per week.

7. Complete and email Marketing Request forms accurately and in accordance with direction from the Property Manager or Superior

8. Distribute flyers each week in accordance with the specific marketing plan and occupancy goals for the property on which they reside

9. Complete both a marketing calendar and the weekly marketing log for property to be kept in a binder held in the manager’s office.

10. Increase phone calls/inquires through marketing efforts.

11. Must maintain reliable transportation so that the employee is capable of marketing the community to our Preferred Employee Program.

Marketing/Leasing Ambassador Job Requirements:

• Must be in need of housing to reside in.
• Must work 20-25 hours per week.
• Must market in the local community along with supporting the office.
• Must maintain another source of income and provide proof to management monthly.
• Must have a reliable method of transportation.
• Be willing to be flexible regarding scheduling, with reasonable notice.
• Must be available to work on weekends
• Be willing to be flexible regarding scheduling, with reasonable notice, to be available to attend resident functions or market during alternative hours as dictated on the marketing calendar.

Management Responsibilities: This position does not manage others.

Education/Experience: High School Diploma

Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Physical Demands: Ability to work in various weather and conditions indoors and outdoors. Ability to work in areas with moderate noise levels. Ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, taste, smell and lift up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Close, distance, color and peripheral vision required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $1,250.00 - $2,500.00 per month
