Job Description· Will perform maintenance, overhauls, repairs, and calibration on respiratory equipment devices, specifically air & oxygen blenders.· Disassembling equipment and cleaning all parts during the overhaul process.· Maintaining test equipment and tools are in working order.· Organizing and cleaning your shop workstation.· Verifying & calibrating respiratory equipment with up-to-date procedures, test equipment and documenting results.· Providing Customer with Service Reports, Data Sheets, and equipment inspection labels.· Replacing components & parts contained in overhaul kits, pm kits, and repairs.· Testing of Refurbished parts for packaging and resale. Utilize specialized test equipment such as oxygen analyzers and flow meters. Qualifications· Someone who is mechanically inclined and is experienced using hand tools.· Good organizations skills.· Must have good customer service-related skills, experience handling customer complaints and the ability to communicate well verbally.· Professional, self-driven attitude and reliable, trustworthy and detail oriented.· Proficient computer skills.· Ability to learn and function with little supervision.
