Venterra Porters enjoy competitive hourly pay 10% performance-based bonus, paid out quarterly.
Our Porters are responsible for the daily upkeep of the community, buildings, pools, and grounds, as well as the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community. This position will typically require spending most of the day outdoors, heavy lifting, waste clean-up, and assistance with various maintenance projects such as pressure washing, light touch-up painting, and apartment trash-outs. Must be able to be available for a rotating on-call schedule for assistance with after-hours emergency needs.
