THE OPPORTUNITY
A top-performing sales and customer experience leader who fulfills all BLC responsibilities at their home community while providing regional leasing support, mentoring peers, and championing innovation.
In addition to existing Better Living Consultant responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain top-tier leasing performance and lead follow-up discipline
- Mentor new and developing BLCs by sharing best practices and leading collaborative sessions
- Assist with onboarding and support leasing performance improvement efforts across the region
- Deliver high-impact leasing support at nearby communities when needed
- Actively participate in pilots and rollouts, offering field-based feedback
- Promote accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement in self and peers
- Advocate for new tools and processes while supporting change adoption
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 12 months of strong BLC performance
- Top 25% Leasing Impact Score over the past 12 months
- 95% Kingsley Prospect Satisfaction Score
- Proven lead management discipline and leasing velocity
- High ratings in quarterly performance reviews
- Demonstrated innovation, engagement, tech proficiency, coachability, and collaboration
- Endorsement from Regional and Community Managers
- Certified mentor (or actively working toward certification)
- Willing to travel for short-term regional support
- Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
- Some college preferred.
