Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role will partner with leadership to support talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, training and development, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
• Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
• Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, leave management, and employee records
• Coordinate training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
• Support workplace safety initiatives and organizational growth objectives
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, benefits, and compliance
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
