REQUIREMENTS for the Financial Reporting Analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 2 years of related experience
- CPA Designation preferred
- Public Accounting firm experience
- Exposure to SEC Registrants preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Financial Reporting Analyst role
- Performs various tasks related to the consolidation of subsidiary financial statements
- Assists in the preparation and timely submission of required SEC filings (8-Ks, 10-Ks and proxy) and supplemental reporting
- Assists in researching accounting regulations and SEC disclosure requirements
- Provides technical accounting consultation regarding US GAAP
- Prepares various monthly internal reports
- Handles accounting journal entries and financial analytics for various specialized areas
- Reconciles assigned balance sheet accounts, prepares supporting work papers for the external audit
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
