Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering and Electrical Product Design.
Requirements of the Electrical Engineer
- BSEE, E.T. or relevant technical degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience
- Electrical Design and Component Selection experience
- AutoCAD Electrical or similar software experience
- Experience reading schematics
- NEC, NFPA, ANSI specification experience

Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer
- Review and interpret customers’ project specifications
- Define scope of work and description of operation
- Calculate equipment performance requirements and capabilities
- Create control and electrical system concept documentation
- Create control and electrical system design specifications
- Create control and electrical system schematics
- Create test and as-built documentation
- Manage budget, schedule, and scope of design
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
