- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or related field preferred
- Entry-level to early-career experience in architecture
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Revit
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow direction and execute efficiently
- Exposure to multifamily projects preferred; affordable housing experience a plus

Responsibilities of the Architectural Designer
- Prepare and update construction drawings and plan sets
- Assist in the development of project documentation across multiple assignments
- Incorporate redlines and revisions from senior team members accurately and efficiently
- Support space planning, layout adjustments, and detailed design work
- Coordinate with external engineers, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Assist with code compliance reviews and preparation of permitting packages
- Maintain well-organized drawing sets and project documentation
