Our Euro product line requires a higher level of technical understanding and precision, supporting customers with complex configurations, specifications, and custom applications.
Position Summary
We are seeking a technically focused Customer Service Representative to support our Euro product line. This role goes beyond traditional customer service—requiring the ability to understand detailed product configurations, review technical drawings, and work closely with customers, sales, and production to ensure accurate order entry and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Euro product line customers
- Interpret and process complex orders, including custom window and door configurations
- Review and edit orders for accuracy in specifications, dimensions, and pricing
- Utilize CAD drawings and technical documents to verify order details
- Communicate with customers regarding product specifications, lead times, and design considerations
- Work closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to resolve technical questions
- Identify and prevent errors before orders reach production
- Track orders and proactively follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Investigate and resolve customer issues related to product specifications or shipments
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade background a plus
- 1–3 years of customer service, order entry, or technical support experience
- Experience in window/door manufacturing, construction, or a related field strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD layouts
- Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar) preferred
- Strong understanding of measurements, dimensions, and product specifications
- Ability to visualize and troubleshoot product configurations

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
