MACHINE OPERATOR - PRESS ROOM

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team in a press room environment. This position plays an important role in supporting daily manufacturing operations by operating equipment, maintaining product quality, and helping ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate press room equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Set up, monitor, and adjust machinery to support consistent production output.
• Inspect materials and finished products to help ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine checks during production and report equipment issues or irregularities promptly.
• Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow production schedules and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support preventive maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is an asset.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, safety rules, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment setup and operation.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active tasks as required.

Work Environment
