Our Group Exercise Instructor Team are experienced Group Fitness Professionals that provide Dynamic, Safe and Fun workouts to our members in Large Groups.

Vent Fitness has the Largest group exercise program in the Capital District with nearly 300 classes per week. Vent Fitness is a licensee of Les Mills and offers a wide range of proprietary group classes.

We are always in search of professional instructors with experience in any of the following: BodyPump, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, BodyStep, BodyFlow, Barre, RPM, RIDE, Zumba, Yoga and Pilates.
