Position SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing brand team. In this role, you'll be crucial in executing effective marketing strategies, supporting business goals, and enhancing brand awareness. Reporting to the brand leader, your primary focus will be on coordinating various marketing efforts, which include digital campaigns, event management, and content creation. The ideal candidate should be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with the Marketing team to develop, plan and deploy compelling multi-channel marketing activities that drive brand visibility and lead generation.Work with the Design and Digital team to develop impactful marketing materials andmulti-media assets for use in campaigns.Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and trade showsWrite and edit content for newsletter, case studies, blogs and promotional literature.Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasksIn conjunction with digital team track, analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong understanding of marketing strategies and practices.Excellent organizational and project management skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degreeA minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing roleProficiency in MS Office and marketing software applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google Analytics).Experience in Canva is a plus
