The Vice President of Marketing is responsible for leading comprehensive marketing strategy, campaign planning, and growth initiatives that support Vensure’s business goals, brand identity, lead generation, and pipeline development. This role oversees integrated marketing programs, demand generation, digital presence, branding, media, public relations, customer engagement, and marketing operations to drive measurable business growth across Vensure and its Division Partners.
This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid options as it is a full time/in-office role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning, establishing campaign strategies, growth priorities, target audiences, performance metrics, and execution plans that align with revenue goals.
- Measure, analyze, and report marketing performance, including campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, pipeline influence, ROI, and department KPIs to optimize results.
- Build and coach Marketing team to help create/support a best-in-class marketing organization.
- Develop robust and scalable Marketing Department infrastructure that will allow the team to expand and grow at a rate that equally meets the growing Vensure family, in terms of Divisions and active clients across North America.
- Partner closely with Sales and business leaders to define pipeline goals, support revenue growth, improve lead quality, and align marketing programs to buyer needs and market differentiators.
- Serve as the primary marketing leader for growth strategy, developing integrated demand generation programs that build awareness, create qualified leads, nurture prospects, and accelerate pipeline.
- Oversee campaign development from concept through execution, ensuring messaging, channels, budgets, timelines, segmentation, and goals are clearly defined and aligned to measurable outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead acquisition, nurture performance, funnel progression, and marketing-sourced or marketing-influenced pipeline through data driven optimization.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of marketing operations and cross-team and Division collaboration.

- Lead the strategy, execution, and ongoing optimization of company websites, ensuring performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Provide oversight and guidance to internal and external developers, ensuring code quality, design consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage CMS platform, including theme and plugin management, content structure, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, UX/UI) to align web initiatives with broader business goals.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics; implement improvements based on user behavior, SEO, and technical insights.
- Ensure web properties are accessible, secure, and compliant with relevant standards (ADA, GDPR, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end website issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or plugins to enhance website functionality and user experience.
- Maintain documentation for web architecture, processes, and workflows to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing.

Required Education & Experience
- Experience: 9 years of experience in marketing, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
- Strong B2B/B2C marketing experience.
- Experience in a highly analytical and data-driven environments (marketing or otherwise), backed by a solution-oriented mindset.
- Marketing leadership experience, including campaign planning, growth marketing, demand generation, lead generation, pipeline development, digital marketing, branding, copy creation, and UI/UX.
- Required experience with HubSpot and Salesforce, including CRM management, campaign tracking, lead management, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
