Position Summary
We are seeking experienced Senior Systems Administrators to support the Office of Technology Services (OTS). This role focuses on managing and maintaining enterprise-level systems, software licensing, photogrammetric applications, and CADD/engineering platforms to ensure high system availability, standardization, and operational efficiency. The position is primarily onsite but will accept Remote candidates too. Onsite candidates will get preference.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide first-level and desk-side support for Photogrammetric Applications such as ImageStation Orthopro, Stereo Display, and Digital Mensuration.
- Manage and support CADD/Engineering Design Software including ArcGIS, MicroStation, InRoads, OpenRoads, and Bluebeam.
- Support Project Management Software (Bentley ProjectWise) and Raster Products (Bentley Descartes).
- Administer and maintain Plotter Software (ProjectWise Interplot) and integrate plot drivers and devices.
- Manage software license pools for CADD and engineering tools (AutoCAD, Bentley, Bluebeam, Global Mapper, etc.).
- Provide second-level Microsoft OS and desktop support, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals from Client, Lenovo, and Dell.
- Oversee workstation deployments and contribute to server and infrastructure planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and desktop infrastructure.
Education & Experience
- 10 years of experience supporting and administering Bentley ProjectWise
- 10 years in Photogrammetric software installation and CADD management in shared environments.
- Expertise with large-format plotter/scanner support and multi-application license management
- Project planning and management experience (10 years).
- Experience installing and supporting Bluebeam software (5 years)
- Bentley certifications (MicroStation, ProjectWise, OpenRoads, CADD Management). - Preferred
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). - Preferred
- CompTIA A or Network . - Preferred
