Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell high-end detailing, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and mobile service packages
- Manage and convert inbound leads to booked appointments
- Prospect new business with luxury dealerships, golf clubs, and real estate professionals
- Follow up consistently and build relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and closed jobs
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Are a strng communicator and confident negotiator
- Thrive in 100% commission environments and love chasing big wins
- Are motivated by performance, numbers, and personal growth
- Have a presentable, polished image and can represent a high-end brand
- Are based in Tampa and comfortable with mobile/remote selling
Education & Experience
- Have 2 years of sales experience (automotive, luxury services, or high-ticket sales preferred)
