Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team, a leader in pest control services. Our motivating commission plan is ideal for ambitious individuals who seek to meet and exceed sales targets!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and business development who thrives in connecting with people and building community relationships. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your territory, building relationships with clients within the community, and driving sales growth through effective negotiation and strategic planning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct sales activities, including cold calling, prospecting, and following up on leads.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for business development
  • Attend community events and seek opportunities to present the company offers to the Myrtle Beach business and residential community
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
  • Collaborate with the management team to create effective strategies for territory management.
  • Utilize software tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and market feedback to management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong business development skills with the ability to analyze market data effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using software tools for sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets

Education & Experience

  • Proven sales success and experience.
