About the Role~ We are seeking a skilled Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong experience in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Enterprise, payroll, and sales tax. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and reliable who enjoys managing multiple client files.
Key Responsibilities~
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing and payroll tax filings
- State and local sales tax reporting
- Month-end and year-end support
- Preparing financial reports for CPA review
- Proven bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QBO and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Expertise in payroll and sales tax
- Strong organizational skills and accuracy
- Bonus~ ProAdvisor certification and experience working with CPAs/EAs
- Classified as an Independent Contractor (1099)
- Contractor responsible for own taxes and insurance
- On-site work according to an agreed schedule
- Ongoing engagement based on performance
