Position Summary
RTC Restoration & Renovation, a 24-hour emergency service company specializing in restoration for water, fire, and mold damage, has an immediate need for a Lead Restoration Technician.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise water, mold, fire/smoke mitigation projects
- Delegate tasks (demolition, equipment setup, cleaning)
- Use PSA, MICA to set equipment, monitor and take job photos
- Communicate with customers about timelines and issues
- Address complaints and suggest improvements
- Complete work on time and meet expectations
- Coordinate with adjusters, sub-contractors, business partners
- Maintain stocked, clean, and serviced mitigation vehicle
- Ensure equipment is cleaned and functional
- Keep work areas organized and safe
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Be on-call 1 week/month and during storm surges
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Proficiency in MICA or similar moisture mapping software
- Ability to sketch rooms & create scopes for PM/Estimator
- Verbal & written communication skills
- Follow directions and procedures
- Lift up to 75 lbs without assistance
Education & Experience
- Minimum 1-year restoration technician experience
- ICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, AMRT) – preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Pass full background check
