Position Summary
The Marketing Manager, Product Marketing, will be responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies that drive growth across both B2B and B2C audiences. This role is focused on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution to ensure our products resonate with target customers and stand out in a competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate will craft compelling product stories, create sales and marketing enablement tools, and partner closely with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with customer needs. This role also includes leadership responsibilities such as mentoring team members, managing project priorities, and ensuring all marketing efforts align with brand standards and business goals.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Product Marketing
- Translate complex product features into clear, customer-focused value propositions tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with Product, Sales, and Client Success teams.
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and customer segmentation strategies to differentiate in the marketplace.
- Create product marketing assets such as battlecards, product sheets, competitive comparisons, sales enablement decks, and customer-facing collateral.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform product strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent product messaging across all customer touchpoints.
- Support lifecycle marketing by enabling cross-sell, upsell, and retention initiatives through effective product messaging.
- Set clear product marketing objectives and success metrics tied to business outcomes.
- Mentor and coach marketing team members to foster professional development.
- Manage project prioritization and ensure timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets.
- Review content and creative work for clarity, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Collaborate across departments including Product, Sales, Client Success, and Executive teams.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Strong background in B2B and B2C product marketing, with proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and content development skills.
- Experience conducting and applying market, customer, and competitive research.
- Skilled at building sales enablement and customer-facing assets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's Degree required; marketing, communications, or business preferred.
- 57 years of relevant product marketing experience.
- Experience in SaaS, professional services, or technology-driven industries preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive measurable growth in B2B and/or B2C markets.
