Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform premium manicures, pedicures, and specialty services
- Mentor nail techs on Golden Standard hand & foot care protocols
- Train team members in consultation and product knowledge
- Maintain state board standards of sanitation and safety
- Build guest relationships and encourage memberships/retail
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Skilled in men's manicure/pedicure and specialty services
- Strong communicator and natural connector
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends included)
Education & Experience
- Georgia Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (required)
- 2 years professional experience, with leadership preferred
- Available for pre-opening training in October 2025
- Able to commute or relocate to Chamblee (30341)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
