Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- See an average of 16–18 adult patients per day (mix of appointments and walk-ins)
- Treat common issues such as diabetes, respiratory conditions, and opioid use disorder
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Engage with patients in a culturally responsive, respectful, and inclusive manner
- Contribute to a holistic model of care that values both conventional and traditional practices
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Spanish proficiency preferred but not required
- Passion for serving low-income and marginalized communities
Education & Experience
- MD or DO, board-certified in Family Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Mexico
- Experience in community health or safety-net settings is a plus
