Position Summary
The Associate Vice President of Benefits - Open Enrollment directs the organization's Open Enrollment function and establishes benefits related programs and policies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead projects and overall client relationships, demonstrating leadership skills in both areas
- Lead client work by taking ownership of client deliverables
- Manage project plans and open issues, lead client meetings, and assess risks.
- Manage projects and teams, identify and secure resources as appropriate.
- Ensure their own work and the work of junior colleagues is complete and thorough.
- Identify opportunities to expand current client relationships.
- Possess deep subject matter expertise in heath and benefits to be a resource for both clients and the internal benefits team
- Demonstrate advanced health and benefits technical and consultative expertise.
- Experience leading others and project/task management
- Understand project scope, timelines, and milestones
- Strong organizational, analytical, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to de-escalate roadblocks using effective communication and best practices
- Experience working with HRIS platforms and able to quickly learn new software systems
- High attention to detail
- Ability to listen, understand, read, and communicate effectively both in writing and verbally in a professional environment
- Bachelors Degree or Above
- 10 years of group benefit experience in the PEO industry preferred

Salary : $135
