Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager to oversee a portfolio of pre‐litigation cases from intake through settlement. You will be the client’s primary point of contact, responsible for guiding medical treatment, monitoring progress, communicating with insurance adjusters, and preparing cases for settlement under attorney supervision.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage 70–80 active pre‐litigation cases (scaling to ~100 with technology improvements).
- Serve as the main client contact, providing updates and support in English and Spanish.
- Monitor medical treatment, identify gaps, and coordinate with providers.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding coverage, liability, and settlement.
- Review AI‐generated demand packages for accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate settlements under attorney supervision.
- Collaborate with Case Coordinators to ensure smooth case progression.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of direct personal injury law firm experience (3 years preferred).
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong knowledge of motor vehicle accident claims and pre‐litigation processes.
- Ability to interpret medical records, billing, and insurance coverage.
- Organized, detail‐oriented, and able to manage a high‐volume caseload.
- Comfortable using case‐management software and adopting AI‐powered workflows.
- Empathetic communicator with strong client‐service skills.
- Reliable transportation to work on‐site in Henderson, NV.
