Requirements
- Advanced English level (B2 or higher).
- Upper-Intermediate French level or Higher is a must.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience working on AI or AI-driven products.
- Strong background collaborating with IT and software development teams.
- Solid understanding of Jira and Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience working in international or multicultural environments.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and AI model lifecycle concepts.
- Certifications in Business Analysis or Agile frameworks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Work closely with IT and Development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support the design, development, and optimization of AI-based products.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage and track requirements, user stories, and tasks using Jira.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and product delivery throughout the development lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional and multilingual teams.
