We are looking for passionate, people-driven individuals to join our front desk and sales teams. Whether you are looking to break into the boutique fitness industry or bring existing sales and hospitality experience to a brand you believe in, we want to hear from you. This is a client-facing role where personality, dependability, and a love for fitness go a long way.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times
- Manage front desk duties, including answering phones with proper etiquette and directing inquiries efficiently
- Handle POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions and cash handling
- Understand and be able to explain memberships, pricing, equipment and the method
- Ensure the lobby, studio and restrooms are clean, stocked and organized at all times
- Support instructors as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous retail or boutique fitness experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with clients
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Enthusiasm for fitness, upselling, and creating an inviting atmosphere
