Business Analyst – IT Procurement & Telecommunications

About the Role

Build your experience in IT purchasing, financial reporting, and telecommunications operations. The Business Services team is looking for an organized, detail-oriented person to help track purchases, maintain accurate records, and support day-to-day business needs.

This hands-on role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with Excel, solving everyday problems, and coordinating with people to get things done.

What You’ll Do

• Help process and track purchase requests, contracts, renewals, and vendor orders.
• Maintain Excel trackers and prepare reports on purchases, expenses, and telecommunications usage.
• Review purchase orders and invoices, help resolve billing discrepancies, and support monthly and year-end reconciliation.
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors to keep requests moving and address outstanding items.
• Support cellular-device inventory, telecommunications service requests, departmental billing, and walk-in customer inquiries.

What You Bring:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, sorting, and filtering.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with confidence working with numbers.
• Clear communication, a customer-service mindset, and dependable follow-through.

Experience in purchasing, billing, or telecommunications is a plus.

Work setting: This position includes in-person equipment handling and customer assistance.
