We are currently seeking an PC / Printer Repair Desktop Support Technician to work in a plant floor environment supporting a major client in the Blasdell area. This position is for day shift but candidate must be flexible in case of off shift or weekend work as needed to support business needs.
The ideal candidate can repair legacy hardware (line matrix/thermal printers and workstations for example), is familiar with troubleshooting applications (web based, DOS type, and standard applications). The installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Office suite, IP Phones(cisco), Software Control Center client side for Windows and application patching.
Seeking a self-starter who is eager to learn and ready for a challenge. Follow all safety rules without exception.
Reliability, attendance and punctuality are a must. The right candidate will deliver a positive customer expereince.
