What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist Assistant position at Venice Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine?
MUST HAVE A CURRENT FLORIDA PTA LICENSE
● Assist multiple physical therapists to implement individualized treatment plans
● Conduct re-evaluations as necessary and document patient progress/treatment response
● Work with post-op orthopedic, and patients with neurologic and chronic degenerative conditions
● Conduct ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and laser therapy treatments
● Assist patients with gait training, functional mobility, balance and ROM exercises
● Properly document patient progress and treatment response in a timely manner
● Communicate regularly with physical therapists regarding any modifications to patients treatment plans
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Per diem, PRN
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
